The Lounge @ No Vacancy offers the ideal backdrop for life’s most meaningful events. Whether you’re hosting an intimate reception, party, a retreat, or bday celebration, we are here to assist you in creating unforgettable experiences. We love hosting small + medium sized gathering — its why we’re here.

There are two distinct spaces within the Gathering Place: The Lounge and the Inner Courtyard. They are connected by French doors and a wall of industrial windows. This area can accommodate up to 50 people (600sf total indoors, 400sf outdoors). The space includes use of the Kitchenette and access to an ice machine, refrigerator, filtered water, freezer, sink, and microwave. There is also surround sound and high speed wifi for your technological needs. There is one restroom available for use.

*Events can be booked any day of the week, however on Friday and Saturday's events are only available between 10am-4pm. On other nights, we ask that events end by 9pm. Also, events can be scheduled 3 months in advance. To book indefinitely in the future, consider the Hotel Buyout option.
