How do I make a reservation?
How do you keep the place clean?
Our cleaning practices ensure the highest level of sanitation and cleanliness, keeping up with CDC recommendations and recommendations from The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association (ISSA).
We ensure the safety of our guests by requiring the cleaning crew to wear masks and gloves when entering the room. They proceed by spraying disinfectant spray on all the key areas that are touched most, gather every piece of linen for washing, and deep cleaning all other surfaces.
Individual HVAC units, and operable windows are located in every room, keeping the air from circulating from other rooms on the floor.
As an 8 room hotel, the idea is an intimate and un-crowded get-away. Indoor and outdoor gathering spaces give ample room to hang out in a comfortable and spacious environment.

What time is check-in?
For the hotel buyout: Check-in is at 12pm and Check-out is at 12pm
For individual room reservations: Check-in is at 4pm and Check-out is 11am
What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 11am
Is there a front desk?
Unlike typical establishments, you won’t find a 24hr reception or concierge. Rather, we are here when you need us. You can contact us anytime via your AirBNB or at [email protected]
August Smart lock will send you an email with a personal entry code once your reservation is confirmed via AirBNB
The code is valid for the duration of the reservation
If the reservation date/time is changed, the time period that the code is valid will change accordingly, but the entry code stays the same.
If the reservation is canceled, the code is deactivated.
How do we check in?
You can come and go as you please
What if we arrive after hours?
We love pets, but in effort to retain a clean and peaceful environment we ask you to leave your pets at home

This can be done through your AirBNB reservation
What if I need to change or cancel my reservation?
Street parking is available. Otherwise there is a packing garage a half block away. The address is:

Where can I park?
Each room has access to fast speed wifi, linens, towels, blackout blinds
24 hour access to the Inner Courtyard and the Lounge
Studios 1, 3, 6 have kitchenettes (including Microwave, Electric Kettle, Sink, Mini Fridge
Hair Dryers, straightening irons, clothing irons & ironing boards are available upon request only. Please let us know a day before your arrival if you plan on needing one
