The Lounge @ No Vacancy offers the ideal backdrop for life’s most meaningful events. Whether you’re hosting an intimate reception, party, a retreat, or simply seeking a staycation, we are here to assist you in creating unforgettable experiences. We love hosting small + medium sized gathering — its why we’re here.

There are two distinct spaces within the Gathering Place: The Lounge and the Inner Courtyard. They are connected by French doors and a wall of industrial windows. This area can accommodate up to 59 people. The space includes use of the Kitchen and access to an ice machine, refrigerator, filtered water, freezer, sink, and microwave. There is also surround sound and high speed wifi for your technological needs. There is one restroom available for use. 

The M/T/W/TR rental rate is $150/hr with a 3 hour minimum. 

The F/Sa/Su rental rate $200/hr with a 3 hour minimum

(Based on the proximity to Guest Rooms, we ask that events end by 9:00pm. In the case that events may end past 9, we require that the three hotel rooms adjacent to the space are rented out in tandem, due to sound concerns)

The Fine Print
  • Playlists can be placed over our in house sound system 
  • All events must have a private guest list and may not be advertised publicly or open to the public
  • No Vacancy may be used in written material as the designation of the event location only
  • Hotel room rentals are separate from any Event Contracts. Group packages are gladly offered for clients needing multiple rooms onsite for event guests
  • In order to reserve the date, we require a 50% deposit and bill for the remaining balance after the event
  • I will inform hotel guests that there is a private event happening, but I wanted to re-iterate that they will continue to have access to the space though we will encourage them to exercise social distancing
  • For events taking place in the Lounge, all hotel guests will have continue access to the space unless a full property buyout has been contracted
    • A hotel buyout will give you access to the entire 3750 SF (8 Guest Rooms + Lounge + Courtyard) from sunrise to sunset and all the moments in between. Total occupancy allowed is 75
